In addition to my personal experiences, I am trained in trauma recovery techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
With a decade of experience in the trauma recovery and education field, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their lives and flourish beyond their past
experiences.
Through a combination of evidence-based practices and personalized support, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for healing. Whether you're grappling with
trauma, addiction, or both, I am here to guide you towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
Let's embark on this journey of healing together.

Bridging the Gap
There is a gap in available recovery support services. We are either severely mentally ill and diagnosable, which is covered by insurance and usually comes with a prescription but not much in the way of support, education or recovery, or we pay out of pocket to the tune of $150-$200 a session and wait months to get in to see someone who typically has no experience or training in trauma or addiction. A two month wait seems like a lifetime to someone who is suffering.
Bridging the gap in available recovery services involves addressing the significant barrier between diagnosable psychiatric care and high-priced licensed therapists. By offering affordable and accessible trauma and addiction recovery support, Julie is bridging this void.

Juie recognizes the need for personalized care that is both effective and attainable for individuals seeking support. By providing a middle ground between clinical diagnosis and expensive private therapy, she is empowering her clients with access to the support they need to navigate the challenges of trauma and addiction recovery.
